Job Purpose
Maintain an accurate and safe duplicate record of complete sales’ deeds and important documents at The Al-Bari Group of Companies.
Job Description / Job Responsibilities
Their work includes:
· Ensure completion and correctness of booking forms and legal documents
· Ensure proper filing of original documents
· Ensure complete secrecy in managing confidential documents
· Maintain a proper ledger for recording entries of each document with appropriate numbering on register, file and soft copy
· Ensure easy access to each document by methodical, sequential and periodical floor/section wise classification
· Must ensure safe custody of documents at all costs
· Assign individual codes for application login
· Issue booking forms to sales agents and maintain previous and current record.
· Identify and resolve problems in documentation
· Check for required client documents and follow up to completion.
· Create, sign up, property, installments
· Continuously update installments and rental schedules of clients in coordination with accounts department.
· Create backup of completed files through photocopy and manual record
· Update client's data on software
· Maintain integrity and strict confidentiality of data
· Strictly abide by the rules and policies of the organization
