Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, actively listening to their requirements, addressing inquiries, and providing relevant information to position our offerings effectively.
- Answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful, and prompt manner.
- Assist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required.
- Offer optional products to meet customer wants and needs.
- Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.
- Qualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines.
- Work in a fast-paced sales environment, providing helpful, quality service and sales, while enhancing the customer’s rental experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working in a call center or customer-support role
- Strong active listening and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Minimum 02-05 Years Experience (Fluent in English & Sales / Call Center experience is mandatory)
