- Responsible to provide necessary support to CEO with complete secretarial and administrative services.
- Taking notes with Shorthand
- Preparing and editing correspondence
- Having experience of the drafting of letters, memos, office orders, meeting scheduling, reminders, etc.
- Having command on emailing.
- Ensure timeliness with time management and diary services to CEO.
- Keep track of status and set reminders of pending tasks.
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
- Undertake any other assignment given from time to time.
- Have good knowledge of MS Office.
