We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Site Manager. As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the successful execution of prefab construction projects from inception to completion. If you are a results-oriented individual with a passion for construction and a strong ability to manage complex projects, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Meeting with engineers, architects, and contractors on an ongoing basis regarding project objectives and progress.
Ensuring the construction process starts and ends on time, and ensuring daily and weekly deadlines are met.
The construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labour force, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting work and overseeing quality control.
Regularly review project progress to assess how closely it's proceeding to the projected timeline.
Oversee laborers and ensure they're conducting work to a high standard and in compliance with regulations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and visual.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
Project planning including timely and cost-effective delivery of the project.
Establishing and managing construction schedules.
Management of subcontractors.
Management of on-site personnel.
Generate reports focusing on project progress, job status and costs.
Monitor project progress.
Ensure timely and cost effective delivery of projects.
Knowledge and compliance of Safety rules and regulations.
