We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Install, Maintain, and Repair HVAC Systems: Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including ductwork, vents, and controls.
2. Diagnose and Troubleshoot HVAC Issues: Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration problems.
3. Perform Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, inspecting, and replacing filters, belts, and other components.
4. Test and Balance HVAC Systems: Test and balance HVAC systems to ensure proper airflow, temperature, and humidity levels.
5. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, including new technologies, techniques, and regulations.
Requirements:
1. Matric (or above)
2. HVAC Diploma
3. 2+ Years of Experience in HVAC
4. Strong Technical and Troubleshooting Skills
Nice to Have:
1. Experience with Commercial HVAC Systems: Experience with commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, and boilers.
2. Knowledge of Building Automation Systems: Knowledge of building automation systems, including HVAC controls and energy management systems.
3. Familiarity with Local and National HVAC Codes: Familiarity with local and national HVAC codes, including safety standards and regulations.
