Position Description:
This role is responsible for the coordination, information gathering and development of system and software application requirements and process workflow. Interface with business stakeholders to gather and document the technical details needed for the development of new software applications as well as new features and changes to existing software applications and systems. Work directly with the Development and QA teams to facilitate the translation of requirements into appropriate designs as well as test and deployment plans.
Requirements:
- Communicate with foreign business representatives on daily basis
- Organize and conduct business analysis over the period of the project
- Gather and formalize functional and non-functional requirements
- Good understanding of Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), software development life cycle methodologies especially RUP and/or Agile and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical and fact gathering skills to derive requirements from symptoms/wants/needs.
- A team player with good interpersonal, communication and documentation skills

- We work during US hours and flexibility is required.

- Duration for intership is 4 Months and internship incentive packaged will be provided for that duration .
