Position: Civil Site Engineer
Responsibilities:
Coordinating and monitoring subcontractor’s activities to ensure that work is being performed as per contract and given target.
Prepare work schedules / look ahead programmed for project.
Checking formations and levels coordinating with laboratory peoples to ensure soil is compacted up to 95%
To make sure structural works are being carried out (steel works and formworks) according to shop drawings and client drawing.
Coordinating with consultant related all site activities and inspections and to check work done with full accordance as per drawing and specifications.
Involve in all activities related earthworks, excavations, backfilling’s, formations, Rebar, formworks of rafts, slabs, columns, Walls and concreting.
Coordinating with design departments, Quality and safety departments and subcontractors to meet project goals and objectives.
Plan and manage all concrete pours according to project specs.
Avoid Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Discrepancies from consultant; make follow up to their close-out for the projects internally, externally or by Third Party Inspection Authorities.
Raise Request for Inspection (RFI), Status of RFIs and driving a cultural change for continual improvement.
Ensuring all construction activities are being carried-out as per approved Shop Drawings and follow to Method Statement.
