Civil Engineer

Al Ghazi Enterprise is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with at least five years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing construction projects and ensuring the quality and timely completion of various structural components including tiling, electrical setups, masonry, false ceilings, and wooden fixtures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong initiative and meticulous attention to detail while managing a team of 20 professionals to deliver projects that meet technical specifications and client expectations. The Civil Engineer will play a pivotal role in coordinating construction activities, managing resources efficiently, and implementing safety and quality standards on-site. This leadership position requires hands-on experience with diverse construction tasks and the ability to guide and motivate a sizable team to work collaboratively towards successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of 20 construction workers, ensuring clear communication and efficient task delegation.
Measure, plan, and coordinate all aspects of tiles work, electrical work, masonry, false ceilings, and wooden installations on project sites.
Implement construction management best practices to maintain project schedules and budgets.
Monitor quality control procedures to ensure all work meets required standards and specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify issues, and enforce safety protocols.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate project workflows and resolve challenges promptly.
Initiate corrective actions when deviations from project plans or safety standards occur.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to project status, material usage, and team performance.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company policies.
Train and mentor team members to improve skills and enhance productivity.
