KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the preparation of designs and drawings using AutoCAD, allied softwares and ensuring that design drawings conform to specifications provided.
- Convert ideas into detailed technical drawings while having attention to detail to create more accurate and error-free designs.
- Assisting Urban Planners, architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
- Organize / keep records of Construction / handover drawings.
- Provide detailed construction drawings as per provided Design specifications.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
- Proficiency in computer aided design softwares like AutoCAD, Eagle Point, and Civil 3D, Office and related softwares.
- Ability to craft ideas into technical detailed drawings.
- Able to communicate and work with allied professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Assistance in Drafting Urban Planning & Design Drawings of Urban Scale Housing Projects.
- Ensuring the error free details in Construction drawings / Approval submissions.
- Assistance in developing Plot Inventory of Housing Projects.
- Provision of attention to detail in design.
- Technical Drafting Support to team allied professionals.
