- Development of Distributors in designated area.
- Development / Hiring / Training of Sales Team.
- Ensuing offtrack, deliveries and payments from the market in order to facilitate distributor operations in designated territory.
- Analyzing sales performance of each salesperson & managing sales staff to ensure effective shelf movement in retail market and at distributor’s end
- Working with team on requirements of promotional materials at POS and and making appropriate merchandising arrangements.
