This position demands strong leadership capabilities to manage, mentor, and motivate the team, resolve on-site technical issues promptly, and implement troubleshooting methods to address electrical system problems. The supervisor ensures compliance with all relevant electrical codes and safety regulations while optimizing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 20 electricians and technicians to deliver high-quality electrical installations and maintenance services.
Oversee and coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems according to project specifications and blueprints.
Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies throughout project execution.
Monitor and enforce adherence to wiring diagrams and technical documentation to guarantee accuracy in installations.
Identify and troubleshoot issues in electrical systems promptly, providing solutions to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and safety protocols are maintained at all times.
Document daily progress, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with project managers and other relevant stakeholders.
Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines while optimizing team productivity.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and promote safety awareness on the job site.
Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to integrate electrical work seamlessly within the overall project scope.
