Responsible for smooth operation starting from Goods receiving to checkout
- Organizing and managing team work
- Setting up and following various action plans
- Customer file monitoring and action plan definition
- Operational processes & shop checklists
- Quality Processes & Calibration of fixtures/scales/chillers periodically
- Shop Cleaning standards
- Stock maintenance
- Banking, cash management (petty cash and change money), cashier reports preparation and reporting anomalies
