We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Marketer to join our team and lead our social media strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content across various platforms, growing our online presence, and fostering meaningful connections with our audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Create and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Manage and schedule social media posts using relevant tools and platforms.
- Monitor social media activity, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media data and generate reports to measure campaign performance and audience engagement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across all communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and their functionalities.
- Excellent content creation skills (writing, editing, visual design).
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
Bonus points:
- Experience in creating engaging video content.
- Experience with paid social media advertising.
- Knowledge of social media listening and reputation management tools
