Al-Mustafa Welfare Society requires the services of an experienced Manager Administration for Al-Mustafa Medical Centre, located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
Manager Administration will be responsible to manage the ongoing work activities of Hospital pertaining to administrative aspects which will include maintenance of the facilities, safe custody and maintenance of the equipment and ensuring that these are in working order etc.
- Organize, control and coordinate services as per the hospital board regulations.
- Oversee the development and implementation of programs and policies for patient services, quality assurance, public relations and department activities.
- Must do daily visits of every department to ensure the services are in flow with best outcomes.
- Responsible for maintaining reports of all machines, inventories, ACs. Must have proper documented reports of each machine which contains overall previous repair record etc.
- Responsible for supervision of all Duty Administrators, Floor Supervisors, House Keeping In-charge.
- Assist with recruitment, consenting, screening and enrolment of personnel.
- Coordinates personnel, budget, policy, program and other administration matters, under the general direction of higher management.
- Performs other duties as assigned by higher management.
