Responsibilities

Lead and manage a small retail sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance and teamwork.
Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to offer appropriate product recommendations and solutions.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively explain features, benefits, and usage to customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using retail point-of-sale systems.
Ensure the retail space is clean, organized, and fully stocked to create an inviting shopping environment.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by proactively engaging customers and upselling where appropriate.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct regular training and coaching sessions with the team member to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Monitor inventory levels, assist in product ordering and stock management to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Implement promotional activities and campaigns as directed by the management to boost sales and brand awareness.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends, competitor products, and potential sales opportunities.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a compliant retail environment.
