Responsibilities

Perform mechanical testing and evaluation of plant machinery to diagnose performance issues and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment downtime and extend machinery lifespan.
Troubleshoot mechanical problems promptly to minimize disruptions in plant operations and avoid costly repairs.
Monitor equipment performance continuously to identify early signs of malfunction or wear and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth and safe plant processes through effective maintenance management.
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and auditing purposes.
Support equipment upgrades and modifications by providing technical input and mechanical expertise.
Ensure all mechanical maintenance procedures comply with company safety policies and industry regulations.
Recommend improvements to mechanical systems, processes, and workflows to enhance overall plant efficiency.
Assist in inventory management of spare parts and mechanical tools necessary for timely repairs and maintenance tasks.
