Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain hydraulic systems in accordance with industry standards and company requirements.
- Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary repairs to ensure the optimal functioning of hydraulic equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise and support in hydraulic system integration.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in hydraulic technology and recommend innovative solutions for process improvement.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
Knowledge and Skills :
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in hydraulics system design, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex hydraulic system issues.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with related equipment and machinery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
