Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to procure technical materials and services.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure alignment with our quality, cost, and delivery expectations.
Conduct thorough cost analyses, pricing evaluations, and benchmarking to achieve the best value for our procurement initiatives.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to gather and determine procurement requirements.
Prepare and review technical specifications, ensuring all purchased items align with project needs.
Utilize AutoCAD and other technical drawing tools to interpret and analyze project specifications and requirements.
Facilitate the preparation of comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and project estimations for procurement activities.
Evaluate and assess supplier performance, supporting continuous improvement in procurement processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technical procurement methodologies and practices.
Assist in resolving any technical procurement-related issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines.
Contribute to the overall efficiency of the procurement department through innovative sourcing solutions and strategies.
