- Curate and design creatives for social media as per the brand guidelines
- Design and manage print material for marketing purposes, like Business Cards, Brochures, Company Profiles, etc
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and follow set brand guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Graphic Design, ideally in an agency environment
- Video editing skills and a strong working of programs like Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro will be preferred as a plus point.
- Excellent knowledge of design and photo-editing software (Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe XD).
- Broad knowledge of trends, be proactive with ideas and creative solutions
- Accuracy, attention to detail, ability to take direction and work independently
- Professional, motivated and positive attitude, ability to adapt to the fast-working environment
- Adaptable to working with different design projects in various industries.
