- Knowledge of working with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google AdWords etc.
- Keep updating by posts to all social media platforms of company
- Must know how to create Facebook ads, create audiences, develop & lead generation.
- Understanding of content management for the purpose of write-ups, presentations, copywriting and captions for the social media posts and websites.
- Getting the ads artwork designed, placing ads on social media platforms within the prescribed budgets from the management.
- Extracting and forwarding the leads from the page to the CCO.
- Utilizing social media to generate audience & followers.
- Sound understanding of the technicalities with regards to the real estate industry.
- Writing and developing writeup for the brochures, company profiles.
- Coordination with Media and graphic design for the content of the social media pages managed.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager/HOD.
Job Type: Full-time
Requirement: Minimum Graduation degree in Business and IT
Excellent English communication skills
Salary: From 25,000 - 50,000 per month
