Branch Manager

Al-Raheem Traders is seeking a proactive and experienced Branch Manager to lead and oversee the operations of one of our key branch locations. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of experience in financial management and team leadership, demonstrating the ability to drive business growth while maintaining high operational standards. This role requires managing a team of 10 persons, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment to meet the company's strategic goals. The Branch Manager will be responsible for ensuring all financial, administrative, and customer service functions are executed efficiently and align with the company's values and objectives. The Branch Manager acts as the primary point of contact between the branch and the corporate office, implementing company policies and procedures while developing strong relationships with clients and local stakeholders. This role demands a hands-on approach to managing daily activities, supporting team members, and maintaining a customer-centric focus. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to adapt to the dynamic retail trading environment, ensuring the branch consistently meets its performance targets.

Coordinate with the corporate office to align branch operations with company goals and receive feedback.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to support their professional development.
Oversee inventory management, ensuring sufficient stock levels and timely replenishment.
