Key Punch Operator

AL RAHEEM TRADERS is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Key Punch Operator with at least 2 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and verifying data, ensuring data quality control, and maintaining precise records. This role requires proficiency in Sales Flo software, basic computer skills, and experience with data entry software and CRM systems. The Key Punch Operator will also manage a small team of one person, requiring leadership and team coordination abilities to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to data processing standards. The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, and capable of handling a variety of data entry tasks including sales order processing and data validation. They will play a vital role in supporting the companys operations by maintaining the integrity and accuracy of all data entries. Familiarity with sales flow processes and the ability to utilize CRM systems will enable effective collaboration with other departments and facilitate seamless data management within the organization.
Responsibilities

Accurately enter data into company databases and software systems, ensuring completeness and correctness of information.
Verify and validate data entries to maintain high data quality and minimize errors.
Use Sales Flo software proficiently to process sales orders and manage sales flow efficiently.
Maintain precise and organized records related to data entry activities and sales transactions.
Perform data quality control checks to detect and correct inconsistencies or discrepancies.
Operate data entry software and CRM systems to support customer and sales data management.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate data processing.
Supervise and support a small team of one person, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to company standards.
Train and assist team members on best practices for data entry and software usage.
Troubleshoot basic issues related to data entry software and escalate complex problems as necessary.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data throughout all processing stages.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes and workflows.
