Sales Executive

Al Rauf Associates is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate must have two to five years of experience in property sales, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and close sales. This is fully onsite role for our Head office in Bahria Orchard Phase 4, Lahore.

Responsibilities
The Sales Executive actively identifies and pursues new business opportunities within the real estate sector. This involves managing client inquiries and guiding potential buyers through the property selection and purchase process. The role demands continuous follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. The Sales Executive works closely with internal teams to provide accurate and timely information related to property listings, pricing, and market trends. Meeting and exceeding sales targets is a critical part of this position, requiring strong self-motivation and discipline.

Additional responsibilities include conducting market research to stay informed of current real estate trends and competitor activities. The Sales Executive develops personalized sales pitches tailored to diverse client needs and maintains updated records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout all sales transactions is essential. The role also involves participating in networking events and representing Al Rauf Associates in a professional manner to enhance brand visibility and customer trust.
