- Maintain and update employee attendance, timekeeping, and leave records on a daily basis.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for the embroidery unit staff.
- Manage employee files, contracts, ID cards, and HR documentation as per company policy.
- Coordinate with finance and unit supervisors regarding salary adjustments, overtime, and deductions.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including CV screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace safety standards.
- Support the HR team in conducting employee engagement activities, performance evaluations, and disciplinary processes.
- Address employee queries related to attendance, leaves, and HR policies.
- Assist in maintaining HR reports, audits, and internal documentation.
- Coordinate between the embroidery unit and head office HR team for smooth workflow.
