Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the HR operations team to execute daily HR functions effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies and frameworks to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
  • Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract, select, and onboard qualified candidates aligned with hospital objectives.
  • Manage employee relations initiatives to resolve conflicts, promote clear communication, and support a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate performance management processes including goal setting, monitoring, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Ensure workforce planning is aligned with operational demands using capacity planning and demand forecasting techniques.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of employment law and workplace regulations, integrating updates into HR practices.
  • Utilize HRIS and attendance management systems to track employee data accurately and produce detailed operational reports.
  • Collaborate with management to address workforce challenges and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Monitor compliance management activities, conducting audits and reporting to ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Conduct training and development sessions to improve HR knowledge and operational skills within the team.
  • Support compensation and benefits administration in coordination with finance and management teams.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support decision-making processes.
  • Handle confidential employee information with the utmost discretion and comply with data protection standards.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and healthcare service excellence.
