The position does not entail managing a team and focuses on supporting HR-related tasks to enhance overall departmental efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and recruitment staff ensuring smooth and timely hiring processes.
- Assist in the entry, updating, and management of employee data within HR databases to maintain accurate and confidential records.
- Support the preparation of HR documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external candidates to address inquiries and provide information in a professional manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, organizing records, and helping with employee onboarding procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with various departments to support HR initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Demonstrate a learning attitude by proactively seeking feedback and engaging with HR team members to understand best practices.
- Help monitor compliance with organizational policies and procedures under supervision.
