Al Shifa Trust Eye Hospital is seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and maintaining Oracle R12 E-Business Suite applications. This role involves hands-on development, customization, and integration of Oracle EBS modules, with a strong focus on Financials and Supply Chain Management. The candidate will work closely to optimize the existing Oracle infrastructure and support the seamless functioning of enterprise applications.
In this role, you will manage a small team of one person, providing guidance and technical support throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient solutions using Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and Workflow Builder. The position requires a solid understanding of Oracle system architecture, data migration strategies, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that improve hospital operations and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle EBS R12 Financials and Supply Chain Management modules to meet organizational needs.
- Design and implement interfaces, extensions, and workflow automation using Oracle Workflow Builder and Flow Designer to streamline business processes.
- Write efficient and optimized PL/SQL code to support application development and data manipulation.
- Develop Oracle Forms and Reports to generate accurate and timely business information for decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives.
- Lead and manage a small development team, providing mentorship, task delegation, and performance feedback.
- Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and successful transition of legacy systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues to optimize the EBS environment.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and system configurations to support long-term maintenance and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle EBS features, patches, and best practices to continuously improve system reliability and functionality.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Oracle EBS with other enterprise applications and services.
