We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust data solutions that support data generation, collection, and processing. The role involves creating efficient data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing ETL (extract, transform, and load) processes to facilitate seamless data migration and deployment across multiple systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various teams to align data strategies, optimize workflows, and contribute to the overall success of data management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead the team to achieve project goals.
- Take ownership of team decisions and provide strategic direction.
- Engage with multiple teams to contribute to critical decision-making processes.
- Deliver effective solutions to data-related challenges within the team and across departments.
- Lead initiatives to identify and resolve complex data issues, ensuring smooth operations.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Alation Data Catalog.
- Strong proficiency in designing and managing data pipeline architecture and data integration techniques.
- Solid experience in data quality assurance and validation methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of ETL processes and best practices for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues efficiently.
- Demonstrated skill in collaborating with diverse teams to implement scalable and reliable data solutions.
- Educational background comprising 15 years of full-time education.
