1. Ensure strict implementation of above processes which includes process framework, timely delivery of critical processes and their compliance auditing.

2. Ensure all the HR Recruitment processes are aligned with new HR policies and strict implementation of these policies within organization.

3. Ensure the recruitment of high quality resources for all the vacant positions in the company.

4. Preparation of induction manual and orientation / welcome email for the entire new joiner in company.

5. Regret email to all the employees who were called for interview but were not finalized or hired for a position.

6. Maintaining HR material (HR Policy manual, HR Processes etc.).

7. Execute day to day HR functions and other miscellaneous duties.

8. Responsible for Joining Formalities i.e. employment letter, joining email, collect academic and other required documents, prepare and coordinate orientation program, execute various employee registrations like, bank account letter, employee card, enrollment in attendance system etc. etc.

9. Execute proper Employee’s Exit Management process.

10. Ensure all the HR processes are aligned with new HR policies and strict implementation of these policies within organization.

11. Assist Line Manager in implementing Performance Management System (Objectives setting exercise, quarterly reviews, annual appraisals, performance improvement plans).

12. Making all the necessary arrangements for Employees’ Health Insurance enrollment and claim management.

13. Coordination with relevant training institutions for successful execution of Employees’ training process.

14. Handling all the Employees' Old Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) related issues and updating the EOBI Dashboard by adding and deleting employees online and arranging for their EOBI Cards.

15. Employee's Social Security Institution (ESSI) related employees’ record updating and liaison with the relevant authorities.

16. Employees’ Leaves management.

17. Employees’ Attendance record maintenance.

18. Manage employee relations.

19.Issuance of all sorts of employment related letters.

20. Maintaining Employees Record in a proper and efficient way including Employees’ Personal Files management and employees excel database.
