• Actively participate in registered trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Achieve trade-specific sales targets.
  • Exchange visiting cards on fairs and then pursue with prospective clients for the business.
  • Use various sources as per procedure to tap new customers.
  • Prepare daily / weekly visit plan and share with Head BD.
  • Regularly visit architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, property dealers, and society offices to generate new leads.
  • Responsible to create sales by meeting with clients, negotiating with them, and finally closing the deal.
  • Deliver presentations to clients for sales generation purposes.
  • Achieve assigned sales the target of consumer sales
  • Suggest and work on any new innovative methods to generate sales leads. 
  • Work on sales leads rigorously to mature them.
  • Consistently remain in contact with a new customer to understand their need, wants, and translate them into relevant designs through suggestive selling techniques.
  • Visit homes and perspective clients’ premises to give personalized attention.
