- You will be working in the accounting software Xero and QuickBooks online, where you will be managing clients accounts, including bookkeeping and data entry, posting invoices
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, calculating VAT and posting it on the HMRC website, managing payroll for clients, managing accruals, prepayments, depreciation of the capital assets, and performing management accounting, assist with audits and tax filings.
- You will manage financial records, prepare reports, and handle day-to-day financial operations. You will collaborate closely with our clients and project managers to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting for client`s projects takes place.
- Personal Assistant (PA) to the company director with ad-hoc tasks.
- Accountancy qualification and experience with accounting software Xero and Quickbooks online is essential.
