Position Title: City Manager
Location: Jehlum, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Mandi Bahauddin, Phalia, Sargodha
AlfaBee aims to provide its customers with the luxury of ordering what they desire at their fingertips. We aim to change the outlook of modernized delivery by providing its local consumers an effortless experience for placing their order ranging from their favorite food to essential items needed on a daily basis with the highest quality. We are currently looking for energetic, data oriented individuals having leadership qualities to join our Team as City Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Bringing in more vendors. You will be playing a crucial role in assisting us add high quality vendor partners to our platform.
- Assisting and supporting the vendor partners in steady improvement to becoming a rated online delivery service.
- Forming a superior performing group within the city.
- To establish, maintain and oversee solid associations with clients, merchants, and vendors.
- Take full ownership and responsibility of the formation of a new segments.
- Coordination with cross functional departments to ensure full scale of smooth launch
- Ensure the quality level of service is maintained (keep in mind fail rates and delivery times)
- Measure execution and growth utilizing proper framework, tools and techniques.
- Sales of innovative upselling products to Vendor partners
- Preparation of offers and conducting of negotiations
- Responsibility and realization of quantitative and qualitative objectives
- A City Manager owns his/her city, we are looking for people who put their cities on the map!
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field. Masters are preferred.
- 3 - 5 years' experience in operations, business development and management.
- High level of independence, self-confidence and responsibility.
- Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Able to work cohesively, detail-oriented, organized with the ability to multitask.
- Willingness to relocate to another location within the region.
- Fluent in written & verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Having good experience in restaurant industry/retail industry is highly preferable.
- Strong Communication and negotiation skills.
- High degree of emotional intelligence.
- Passion for building and growing.
