The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks;

  • Cain cash management.
  • Bank Deposits
  • Reconciliations of payments with ledgers.
  • Printing of cheques and management of cheque books.
  • Approval, signatures and disbursement of cheques.
  • Posting of vouchers/ bills in GL.
  • Purchase orders to Suppliers
  • Issue PDCs and Preperation of cheques.
  • Filling of vouchers and record keeping.
  • Preperation of cheques.
  • Bank and Supplier Reconcilliations.

Experience of direct reporting to Directors will be preferred.
