We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Website Maintenance Officer to manage, update, and maintain our company website. The ideal candidate will ensure the website runs smoothly, remains up-to-date, and provides a seamless user experience. This role requires technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly update website content, including text, images, and product listings.
Monitor website performance, loading speed, and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, or errors.
Ensure website security by updating software, plugins, and backups.
Optimize the website for search engines (basic SEO practices).
Collaborate with marketing and design teams for website improvements.
Maintain accurate records of website updates and changes.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or related field.
Proven experience in website maintenance, CMS management, or web development.
Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or similar.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
