Data Entry Operator

Alframed is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join its team in Sialkot, Pakistan. This full-time position requires an individual who is responsible, hardworking, and focused on maintaining data accuracy and organization across various company platforms. The successful candidate plays a crucial role in managing, verifying, and updating data, ensuring that records remain accurate and accessible within established deadlines. The role demands proficiency in basic computer operations, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word, alongside strong organizational skills. The Data Entry Operator will work closely with other teams to maintain the confidentiality of company information while systematically managing files and records. Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data in company databases and management systems to ensure information integrity.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records and documents for easy retrieval and proper filing.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections to eliminate errors.
- Manage and update Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and other office-related documents regularly.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all company and client information handled during data entry tasks.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently while adhering to established deadlines and quality standards.
- Utilize basic computer skills to operate office software and tools effectively.
