Roles on day to day basis:

  • Responding to customer queries regarding their order or general product questions
  • Making outbound calls if need arises
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction as well as customer retention

Mandatory qualities in applicants:

  • Able to completely understand English and also type good responses
  • Excellent typing speed
  • Have basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
