The successful candidate will bring at least four years of experience in internal audit, compliance, or risk management, preferably within regulated financial sectors such as banks, NBFCs, MFIs, or fintech companies. Proficiency in data analysis, financial reporting, and reconciliation is critical, along with a strong understanding of fraud risk, anti-money laundering, and regulatory compliance.
