Alkabir Travels is seeking a motivated and proactive Cold Caller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in telemarketing or sales prospecting and possesses strong communication skills in both English and Urdu. This role focuses on engaging potential clients through phone calls to introduce our travel services and generate new business opportunities. The Cold Caller will be responsible for effectively qualifying leads, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and supporting the sales process by ensuring potential customers receive timely and pertinent information.
This position requires a self-driven individual who can operate independently and adapt to a dynamic business environment. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it plays a crucial part in building the foundation for successful sales operations by contributing to lead generation and customer engagement. The successful candidate will utilize CRM and dialer systems to track calls and follow-up activities, helping expand Alkabir Travels customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Alkabir Travels products and services.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities based on lead information and customer interests.
- Maintain detailed call records and customer data within the CRM system ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and emails to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Effectively handle objections and communicate the value proposition to encourage customer engagement.
- Work with the sales team to schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads for closing.
- Use call tracking software and dialer operations to monitor call volumes and outcomes.
- Develop knowledge of Alkabir Travels offerings to provide accurate information and resolve client queries.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly call and sales activity targets.
- Maintain professionalism and strong communication standards in both English and Urdu during all customer interactions.
