Alkaram Paper Mills(Pvt) Ltd is looking for a candidate to fill in the position of Accounts Officer.
The selected candidate will be responsible to look after Accounts Department for our ongoing project/s.
Major job responsibilities include
- Maintaining financial records.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Checking invoices.
- Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
- Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
- Handling queries related to accounts.
- Responsibilities to overall record and data transactions on ERP.
- Closed monthly transaction.
- Preparation of RNS.
- Daily and Monthly reporting.
- Reconciliation of G/LS.
- Candidate should have strong grip on accounting softwares.
What we are looking for!
- Candidate with a minimum of 1 year of experience ideally in the construction sector.
- Minimum education, Bachelors
