Alliance and Partner Manager

Emumba is seeking an experienced Alliance & Partner Manager to enhance and expand our strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you will be instrumental in increasing Emumba’s footprint within the AWS ecosystem by identifying new business opportunities and converting partner relationships into tangible business results. Acting as the primary liaison between Emumba and AWS, you will cultivate strong connections with AWS partner managers, account teams, and other stakeholders. Collaborating closely with our sales, engineering, and marketing teams, you will drive joint go-to-market initiatives, uncover growth opportunities, and support the continuous development of our AWS partnership.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Emumba’s main point of contact for AWS, building and maintaining strong relationships with AWS partner and sales teams.
- Identify and develop joint sales opportunities with AWS, working alongside internal sales, engineering, and marketing teams to create offers, case studies, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage AWS partner programs, including competencies, certifications, and funding, while monitoring and reporting on the utilization of partner funds.
- Plan and oversee partner projects from initiation to completion, managing scope, timelines, ownership, and risks. Maintain accurate trackers and CRM data, and provide regular progress updates to leadership.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in partner management, business development, or project management within a technology company, with at least 2 years specifically working with AWS as a partner.
- Strong project management skills, with proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of cloud computing, data services, and artificial intelligence technologies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- AWS certifications or partner accreditations are highly desirable.
- Experience using AWS ACE, Partner Central, or AWS Marketplace platforms.
- Certifications in PMP, Agile, or Scrum methodologies are a plus.
