- Managing Medical Hotline 24 hours on rotation basis.
- Processing Pre-authorization after complete evaluation and authorizing as per policy terms and conditions.
- Provider relations.
- Enlistment and de-listment of Network hospitals and Discount centres.
- Case Management.
- Helping claims department in reconciliation with network hospitals, experience refund follow-up, claim adjudication and verification of suspicious claims.
- Intimation to clients about approvals and regrets.
- Informing clients about exhaustion of limits during in-patient admissions.
- Response to queries from client and agents
- Undertake any special assignment given from time to time.
