As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service while handling their inquiries, bookings, and complaints.


  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and bookings.
  • Record and update customer information in our database accurately.
  • Process customer payments and provide quotes for services.
  • Work with our dispatch team to ensure timely and efficient bookings.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management as required.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in a call canter or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays.
