AC Technician

Alnoor Diagnostic Centre is seeking a skilled AC Technician with at least three years of experience to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate is proficient in air conditioning repair, electrical wiring, and troubleshooting, and demonstrates excellent customer service skills. This role requires hands-on experience in diagnosing and fixing various HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and comfort for our facility. The technician will work closely with other maintenance professionals and be responsible for ensuring all air conditioning units operate efficiently and safely. In addition to technical expertise, the AC Technician will manage a team of five personnel. This leadership role involves coordinating daily repair and maintenance schedules, providing technical guidance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations. The successful candidate will be proactive in problem-solving and play a key role in maintaining a comfortable environment at Alnoor Diagnostic Centre through effective management and technical skills.
Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair air conditioning units and HVAC systems efficiently and effectively.
Perform electrical wiring and troubleshooting tasks to identify and resolve technical issues.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining repair procedures clearly.
Manage and supervise a team of five technicians, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and to quality standards.
Coordinate maintenance and repair schedules to minimize downtime and disruption.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and safety awareness.
Maintain accurate records of all repair and maintenance work performed on air conditioning systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations during all maintenance activities.
Order and manage inventory of spare parts and tools required for repair and maintenance.
Identify opportunities for improving efficiency and suggest enhancements to existing systems and processes.
