Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
Plan and execute daily posts, reels, videos, and social media ad campaigns.
Design or oversee the design of high-quality social media posts, video ads, and reels aligned with multinational brand standards.
Run and optimize Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ad campaigns to maximize performance.
Actively engage with audiences, respond to messages/comments, and maintain customer relations.
Track performance and provide detailed monthly reports to improve digital strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, and website management.
Proven experience in building and managing social media teams.
Strong expertise in social media monetization (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram/TikTok ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and social media algorithms.
Experience in eCommerce website management (WordPress, Shopify preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with creativity, responsibility, and innovation.
