HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Execitive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee relations within IT and Call Center industries. You will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture, managing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and Call Center roles.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Handle employee onboarding, training, and performance management.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
Manage employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Partner with department heads to identify workforce needs and talent gaps.
Conduct exit interviews and prepare reports on employee turnover and retention.
Support management in strategic HR planning and workforce development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 2 years of HR management experience in IT and/or Call Center environments.
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and HR software tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proven experience in handling recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
