Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities
Engage with inbound customers from the United States and Canada to understand and fulfill their transportation requirements promptly and accurately. Utilize active listening skills to identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance. Handle customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism, aiming to resolve them during the first point of contact. Use technology platforms such as Google Maps to verify routes, locations, and related transportation details to assist customers effectively. Maintain clear and polite communication to ensure clients feel valued and supported throughout their interaction. Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately to support tracking and quality assurance processes. Collaborate as part of the customer support team to share knowledge and improve service delivery.
