As a healthcare solution provider, CHS is successfully carrying out revenue management services for its clients based in the USA. Our product: ALTUMED, a Revenue Cycle Management Software takes Medical Billing to another degree of automation and advancement.
In Pakistan, with our main Office in Abbottabad, AltuMed has offices in Lahore and Islamabad as well where the business teams are working to improve the user experience and process for the clients.
We, at AltuMed, are currently looking for a Senior Client Success/ Solutions Specialist to manage the clients and cater to their needs in a very pro-active manner.
As a senior member, this role requires to be based in Abbottabad for the first 2 months. Later, there will be a planned travel between Islamabad and Abbottabad on occassional basis.
REQUIREMENT
The Customer Success Specialist is responsible to achieve success in:
- On- boarding new clients for services and products.
- Building and managing the process to provide support to the clients 24/7
- Managing maximum client satisfaction using relevant tools and processes
- Managing and catering to client needs in an excellent manner.
- Strategically planning pro-active communication plans to minimize errors and issues.
- Leading and conducting training of the clients on our billing services and products.
- Prepare weekly, monthly relevant reports on client services and solutions.
Having experience in the US Healthcare/ Medical Billing Industry is a plus.
QUALIFICATION:
- 6+ years of experience with Customer Services, client solutions (preferably in the US Healthcare Industry). Experience with technical support is a plus.
- Able to apply understanding of applicable regulations (e.g., HIPAA, SOX, HL7).
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Ability to adapt to change, work independently and manage teams, organize work effectively and take initiative in fast-paced work environment while managing multiple tasks and deliverable simultaneously.
