Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and expand the alumni network, ensuring sustained participation and contribution.
- Organize events, workshops, and initiatives that promote collaboration, learning, and social impact among alumni members.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Amal and its alumni, maintaining strong relationships and facilitating communication.
- Identify opportunities for alumni to contribute their expertise, resources, and influence to advance Amal’s mission.
- Monitor and evaluate engagement activities to measure impact and inform future programming.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align alumni engagement efforts with organizational goals and community needs.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in community management, alumni relations, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse groups.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage events or programs that foster engagement and collaboration.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for social impact and community development.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
