We are currently seeking a full-time Assistant Manager – Technical (ICT System Integrator – CCTV & Networking) based in Lahore. This role involves overseeing the integration and management of ICT and networking systems, with a strong focus on CCTV and related technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of systems to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, the role includes training end users, implementing preventive maintenance strategies, and collaborating closely with technical teams to deliver projects efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee system integration activities related to CCTV and networking infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues to maintain system functionality.
- Conduct regular maintenance and repair of CCTV and network equipment to minimize downtime.
- Implement preventive maintenance procedures to ensure long-term system reliability.
- Train end users and team members to enhance system utilization and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and providing technical support for ICT systems.
- Hands-on experience in maintenance and repair of CCTV and network devices.
- Solid understanding of preventive maintenance best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train users and work within teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prior experience in ICT system integration, particularly with CCTV and networking technologies, is highly desirable.
