This full-time, on-site position based in Lahore is for an Assistant Manager – Technical, focusing on ICT system integration with an emphasis on CCTV and networking. The role involves managing and overseeing the integration of various systems, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of ICT and networking infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting, and repair of CCTV and network equipment. Additionally, the role requires conducting preventive maintenance, training end users, and collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee system integration activities related to CCTV and networking systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues to maintain system functionality.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CCTV and network equipment.
- Implement preventive maintenance procedures to avoid system failures.
- Train end users and team members to enhance system utilization and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure all ICT and networking systems operate reliably and meet organizational standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven proficiency in troubleshooting and technical support for ICT systems.
- Experience in maintenance and repair of CCTV and networking equipment.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
- Ability to deliver effective training to users and colleagues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
